TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Orders & Quotations
Quotations are subject to the stated specifications, quantities, prices, and validity period. Orders are confirmed upon quotation acceptance and payment receipt.

2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required once the quotation is finalized and confirmed. Production or processing begins after payment confirmation.

3. Custom & Standard Orders
Customers must confirm sizes, quantities, artwork, colors, branding, and specifications before production. Customized and branded orders are produced as approved.

4. Design Approval & Changes
Production begins after final approval. Changes may result in additional charges and revised timelines. Changes or cancellations after production begins may not be accepted.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Confirmed orders are subject to a ZERO REFUND AND ZERO RETURN POLICY, especially customized, branded, made-to-order, or specially prepared products, subject to non-excludable rights under UAE law.

6. Product Inspection
Customers should inspect products upon receipt and promptly report genuine manufacturing or supply issues. Corrective action will be considered according to the circumstances and order terms.

7. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines depend on quantity, customization, production requirements, and agreed arrangements. Bulk deliveries are scheduled according to the confirmed order.

8. Force Majeure
The company is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, war, government restrictions, strikes, or transport disruptions. Delivery may be rescheduled when possible.

9. No Compensation for Force-Majeure Delays
No refund or compensation is payable solely for delays beyond the company's reasonable control, subject to applicable UAE law.

10. Minimum Order Quantity
MOQ varies by product, customization, material, printing, and production requirements. Any applicable MOQ will be stated in the quotation.

11. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate information, artwork, logos, dimensions, quantities, and delivery details. The company is not responsible for errors in customer-approved specifications.

12. Intellectual Property
Customers remain responsible for provided logos, artwork, trademarks, and materials, and confirm they have the necessary rights to use them.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted under applicable United Arab Emirates laws, with jurisdiction determined accordingly.

14. Acceptance
Order confirmation, quotation approval, or payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

What are your rules for design approvals, cancellations, or modifications?

Production begins only after the customer approves the final design, size, artwork, and specifications. Any changes requested after approval may affect the final price and production timeline. Cancellation requests after production has started may not be accepted, particularly for customized or branded packaging. Because customized products cannot normally be resold, confirmed orders are subject to the agreed terms. We encourage all clients to review every specification thoroughly before providing final approval.

What is your policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds?

RADHAD ALSABAH PACKING & PACKAGING MATERIALS TRADING L.L.C follows a strict Zero Refund and Zero Return Policy. All confirmed orders are final and non-refundable. Custom, branded, and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Standard items are also non-refundable and non-returnable once the order is confirmed. By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this policy.

What should I do if items arrive damaged or with a defect?

Customers must inspect all packaging upon receipt and notify our team promptly of any visible issues or physical damage. Any replacement or corrective action for an accepted manufacturing or supply issue will be considered strictly at the company's discretion and subject to order terms.

What payment terms are required and are there minimum order quantities?

Full and final payment is required once the quotation is finalized, confirmed, and approved by the customer. Production or processing will proceed only after payment confirmation. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) vary depending on the product, level of customization, and specific material requirements. Applicable MOQs are communicated during the quotation stage.

How do you manage delivery schedules and bulk shipments across the UAE?

Delivery timelines are determined and communicated based on order volume, customization level, manufacturing lead times, and dispatch arrangements. Bulk shipments within the UAE are scheduled according to the agreed delivery plan and order requirements.

What happens in the event of an unforeseen shipping delay?

While we make every reasonable effort to meet agreed deadlines, delays caused by natural disasters, acts of God, war, government restrictions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the company's responsibility. Under such conditions, delivery will proceed as soon as circumstances permit. No refunds or compensation are provided for delays caused by factors outside our control.
